Ben Nghe Cruise in Ho Chi Minh City

I was extremely disappointed with this dinner cruise experience. During our meal, cockroaches crawled out from underneath the table and onto the food, including into the hot pot itself and around the area where the heat source was coming from. It was shocking and completely unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective. We immediately informed the staff and stopped eating — around 20% of the food was left untouched because we no longer felt comfortable continuing the meal. Despite raising the issue, nothing meaningful was done to address the situation, which made the experience even more frustrating. A dinner cruise should be enjoyable and memorable for the right reasons, but unfortunately this experience fell far below basic cleanliness and customer service expectations.

improve the place...very hot area...and food make it tastier.

Even though I went a little before the meeting time, it was too early and there was no one there. As mentioned in other reviews, it's safe to go even if you go around 7:30 PM. On that day, the ship started moving around 8:00 PM. The amount of food is large. Since this is a local cuisine, everyone may have their own preferences. Please refer to the photo. The staff's response was good. On that day, there were more than half of the Korean customers in groups, and they were having a blast doing karaoke, making it very noisy. I think the cost performance is good.

they still offering this package but they are closed now. the crew said they will open on October how ever I booked and paid this cruise without knowing that they are closed. now I'm waiting for the refund :( I think Saigon Princess Cruise is much better

I highly recommend booking this trip. I wet with my family and we enjoyed the dinner cruise. Food serving had huge proportions (we weren't able to finish everything) and the service was great. The crew was very attentive. This doesn't leave the port though so don't expect a moving cruise. Over all,.it was 4/5, save for the very sweet tasting soup, which weren't quite used to 😅😁

It's our second time and have brought along our friends. We ambiance was great and we have enjoyed the night.

First time on this cruise & it's not bad. Though the food is not as tasty as what we have expected but we love the customer service, the staffs were friendly and accommodating.
