Booking Requirements

  • Please present your ID Card (Domestic) and passport (International) to the operator before receiving the scooter
  • Present your driving license to the operator before claiming the scooter

Additional information

  • For safety reasons, only a maximum of 2 persons will be allowed on the scooter at all times
  • It is compulsory to use helmet for both driver and passenger
  • Rental days are charged per calendar day on a 24-hour basis. For example, if you picked up your bike on 1 May at 10:00 and the rental period is 2 days, you must return the bike on 3 may before or maximum at 10:00

I didn’t get my scooter because the merchant’s said they was full booked on the day. And they just say i must confirmed directly to klook, but the merchant’s didn’t respond klook until now. I didn’t get my money back too. Poor!

Company didn’t confirm anything. When I probed, I was passed back and forth to different agents. Eventually, the one agent handling my booking didn’t get back to me regarding my scooter booking I had to scramble on the very morning to make alternative plans. TLDR: Pls spend your money elsewhere!
