- Your stand up paddle board is specifically designed to offer great stability in flat waters and is perfect for first timers
- Choose to hire your board for 1-hour for a taste or extend your hire to up to 8-hours for those wanting to make a day of it
- Please note: you must be able to swim 150m to participate in this activity
What to expect
Our friendly, experienced staff will guide you through basic paddling techniques and provide all the equipment you need for a safe and enjoyable Paddle Board experience. After a short briefing, you’ll set off to explore the pristine waters of North Harbour, discovering quiet coves and secluded beaches along the way.
Dry bags are included, so you can bring a picnic and enjoy a relaxed lunch on one of the beautiful hidden beaches.
On your return to our home base at Manly Wharf, you can continue your experience at one of the many waterfront restaurants, all offering stunning harbour views — the perfect way to unwind with a meal and a drink by the water.

Good experience. A warmer weather might have made it more fun. But still enjoyed it!
It would be better if the SUP have the leg rope. Also, the staffs didn’t warn us about the wind on the day. Some of us got blown away to near the ferries.
