Park Hotel Farrer Park Couples and Family Staycation

Really enjoyable experience and service. Housekeeping was prompt upon request of additional room items i.e. bathrobe. Loft Room was quite clean as well. Breakfast is free-flow ala carte set meals (Nasi Lemak Set, Kaya Toast & Eggs Set, etc)

Book 1 night free 1 night. Good offer. Enjoy our stay. Though the double storey room was not as big as shown in picture but still comfortable enough. Visited the restaurant and the breakfast offer was worth it. Just book at the reception.

Pillow was a bit too hard for me. Breakfast options were ok. Informed the hotel that the staycation was for a birthday but didn't receive anything from them.

Very good location. City Square Mall is jus 3mins walk. Beautiful and clean room. Good view. Aircon is well maintained. Bed very comfortable and comes w 4 good pillows. Overall, my hubby and I really enjoy our staycation. Definitely be back if we want to stay near City Square Mall.

I booked a superior room for a night with SRV. The room is small but just nice for 2 persons. It is on the 19th floor and has bird's view of City Square Mall and shop houses. The room is clean and neat with shampoo, tooth brushes, shower caps .....We booked the gym for the 1 hour time slot and it is nice that the capacity is 2 and we had the gym all by ourselves. We ordered the western breakfast and it is OK. The best part of this hotel is the super convenient location as it is on top of Farrer Park MRT. During our stay, we visited City Square Mall and also enjoyed the evening at Chinatown and Clarke Quay area.

Booking through Klook was a breeze and check in at Park Hotel was done easily. The Park Hotel front desk even gave me a parking coupon for driving there and parking in the hotel carpark. How smooth is that! Hotel room was restful and great for a relaxing stay. Toiletries were branded and very soft on skin and hair. Food at breakfast was the best with a local Singaporean kaya toast, soft boiled eggs staple, and then I also ate the Western set with baked beans and potatoes (see attached photo!) since I had breakfast for two! Friendly staff and also always cheery! I had a great time exploring the Little India neighborhood and visiting the Hindu temples, mainly Perumal Temple and then the Sri Vadapathira Kaliamman Temple. I also visited the historical Leong San See Temple and also Shakyamuni Buddha Temple.

The reception in charge, the manager i think, who checked us in (i forgot her name but some cute name, punjabi lady i think) was so nice! She told us that we can check out late! Obviously a good impression the moment we reached hehe. Everything was great, just that we didnt get any slot to book for swimming on that day... i was disappointed at first so at 6pm, we went to the pool and there’s no one swimming so i called and receptionist allowed us to swim instead! 😇😇 The breakfast was awesome. My mum enjoyed it the most, thanks staffs for entertaining her requests without showing any attitude. 😅 Being the “food taster” she likes your nasi lemak set the most! The room was not that spacious but great view! Overall, we had a great staycation. Thank you 😊

clean hotel and room but found abit of hairs in the room carpet. toilet bidet spray was leaking and need to be closed always. but overall, slept well. not forgetting the frontdesk and room service staff was kind and serviced well.

Awesome experience! Stayed a night with my bf, who proposed that very night. Turns out that the reception kept the bouquet of 99 roses away for the surprise proposal.. A very cosy get together with a simple but hearty breakfast the next morning. Easy booking of facilities and breakfast slots via QR code booking system. Bear in mind that swimming slots are limited to 1 hr per room, per day. Quick check in and check out.. Able to check in slightly earlier too. Will definitely come back if I find the chance. Convenient location right next to Farrer Park mrt exit. Drop off/ pick up point right in front of the hotel entrance. Thank you for the memories! :)

super love the sky loft. although it's a hassle to go up n down to the restroom and it's on the lower floor, especially during the night time. but we had the best nights ever on the super comfy bed. staffs are friendly , acknowledging us whenever we bumped into each other. will definitely definitely return here when there's promo again. 1-1 deal is the best offer ever..
