It's convenient and clean Our travel they made it easier and stress free. Then one passenger lost his important id's with money the driver and the company were very responsible to give it back to the owner. Kudos to this company UBE express.
Please update the timeslot and available days in the activity. I recently call the operator and they said that there's no available trip every Sunday. otherwise, no issues
Very convenient. Service is good. Ms. Angel is really helpful, answers all your queries should you have one.😃 Suggest tho that should music/songs be played inside the bus, hoping it will be as "premium" and not otherwise to maintain the class.✌😉
Never thought that there is such convenient mode of transportation from Sta Rosa to MOA. We used to travel via public bus going to MOA, but now that we discovered this bus that will bring us point to point, we wouldn't ride anywhere but UBE Express.
I'm a frequent passenger of P2P bus, araneta to naia. I recently have a bad experience wherein the bus driver did not follow their time schedule. I was in the station 5mins before the scheduled time but the bus isn't there. I called the ube express hotline and they said that some other passengers are in hurry for their flight hence was sometimes leaving early. It's irresponsible to those who are just following the time schedule. I could have arrived earlier if that's the case. See below pictures: I was able to confirm the bus trip schedule at 11:30am beforehand. I'm just living nearby so I arrived at 11:25am. I called the operator at 11:27am, asking for the bus I got a call back at 11:30am that the bus already left! 11:34am I called again and asked for the name of the driver and the operator. I am mad because this is NOT the first time this happened. I did not complain before. I figure it will keep on happening unless I raised the issue.

all good with klook. you just have to call p2p every time since sometimes they change the schedule without notification. the schedule posted is not updated
