I love the shuttle bus. It's affordable and delicious, with a great selection of combos to choose from. The one thing I don't like is that there are often long queues!
If you are tired from going up the mountain and don't want to squeeze back with the crowd, you choose to take the shuttle bus, so you can take a good sleep on the bus before the next attraction.

We were the only passengers. No shared shuttle bus. The staff looked for us then we rode a taxi going to central for our peak tram and sky terrace trip. Taxi fare paid by Klook and the staff accompanied us accordingly up to the meeting area. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Please DO NOT book for this package as the service is very bad. The details on voucher mentioned the meeting time is at 3:30pm but we haven't see the agent until 4:30pm. We called the HK customer service and the staff service is extremely bad. We have waited for 1hour for the pick up. There is no clear sign board or assign counter for the meeting point and we have to look for it ourselves. The package is not cheap too. Please avoid this klook bad service
