Ultimate Snorkel Experience at The Lost Chambers Aquarium Dubai

Arrive 10 minutes early, and a staff member will guide you to change clothes. They will then provide an explanation. The snorkeling area in the aquarium is very small; 20 minutes is more than enough, even a bit boring. However, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. After finishing, there are only simple rinsing facilities, no hair dryers. You can purchase photos: 135 AED for one printed photo plus three digital copies, or 600 AED for all digital photos (approximately 70 photos).

DO NOT BOOK. This is misleading, both the atlantis and klook promoting the activity wherein the photos show people can swim freely with flippers. However, when I get there and did the briefing, they are strictly saying you are not allowed to remove your lifevest and you can only float on the surface. Flippers not provided, I did not participate in the activity and told them their promotional photos are misleading and wanted a refund, their front desk management I will need to coordinate with klook and once Atlantis management received the request from klook to approve the refund, they will approve it. BUT BOTH KLOOK AND ATLANTIS IS NOT BEING COOPERATIVE. YOU NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE THIS ACTIVITY IS MISLEADING.
