Luggage Information

• Standard Luggage Size: 53cm x 35cm x 23cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
• Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person

• Children aged 0-4 can enter free of charge

• All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

• As this is a public transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis

• Please Note : Friday 12.30PM - 2.00PM is rest time. If you want to return back, you are required to call the phone number on the ticket 30 minutes before you return.
