the driver came in the early morning on time, though her English is not too well. we still tried to communicate. we were able to visit Kwai River bridge, to take the train and pass the death rail. we also get to the elephant world. holding an elephant is full feeling of warmth😊

It was very convenient to have the driver pick us up at our hotel from Bangkok and going to Kanchanaburi straight away! We can customise our own locations which were very nice. Would be recommend booking

tour was good... Erawan waterfall was the best, Rail ride was good.. not much scenic... Malloka city was just Okish... our driver was friendly tried best to communicate, but we always used a translator.. "Klook and Tour operator" - A basic English speaking guide not only means just to say " Hi, Ok , welcome, thank you"

We plan our own trip and have a great time unfortunately the only negative things is the driver totally couldn’t speak or understand English we have a communication breakdown. After several hours of using hand language and Google translator our communication finally improved a little bit 🥲 I’d reached out to Klook customer service through WhatsApp for help but it didn’t work out because they are not answering my questions and takes too long hours to replied.
