Book with Klook for convenience: easy, fast, simple. Facilities: The glass on all observation decks was covered in fingerprints from visitors, which were clearly visible in photos. The glass needs to be cleaned! Service: The staff were all very friendly! Experience: I suggest that the observation deck and official website display the daily sunset times. This would prevent visitors from waiting a long time for the sunset after forgetting to check, which could reduce visitor satisfaction.

We can go at dusk to see both the daytime and nighttime views, and we can also see London Bridge. It's very beautiful and worth visiting.

Even though it's not time yet, you can go upstairs directly. The elevators aren't crowded, and on a clear day, you can see very far. It's an awesome experience!

Seamless experience using Klook to book this attraction ticket. The view from above is amazing, almost/ not unobstructed by surrounding buildings.
One thing to note is that the 72nd floor (open observation deck) is currently closed as it is undergoing maintenance during the time of my visit (early May 2026). Nevertheless, the available (indoor) observation decks still provide a complete view of the city - just that taking pictures of the view might be slightly challenging with the reflections on the glass panels.
You can also consider browsing the gift store after your visit to the decks. Some souvenirs here seems to be priced cheaper than other places (for the same item)!

Book on the same day and enter with a QR code at your reserved time slot, which is very convenient. We recommend entering one hour before sunset. During daylight saving time (8:00 PM - 10:00 PM), you can enjoy the daytime view, sunset, and night view. The restroom on the 68th floor is a must-visit, highly recommended!
