The Kilauea Visitor Center at Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park will close for renovations from 17 February 2025, at 5:00 p.m.. A temporary welcome center will open soon after at Kilauea Military Camp’s Koa Room, 1.25 miles west of the park entrance. Until then, the tours will spend additional time at other areas of the park.
