Entry with the tickets was straightforward, and the aquarium invites you to linger. The tanks are diversely designed. But don't come too late, or the cafes and shops will already be closed.

Location: Inside the Yeosu Expo Park, about a 20-minute walk from YeosuExpo Station. Price: It's quite expensive. The original price is 37,900 KRW, but I bought it on Klook for 713 NTD (considered high-priced among Korean aquariums). Facilities: The entire venue isn't very large. It's centered around an atrium and mainly divided into aquatic animal zones, an underwater forest zone, and a marine life zone (ocean tank). They exhibit harbor seals, Baikal seals, South American sea lions, beluga whales, and Asian small-clawed otters. You can even see green sea turtles and hawksbill sea turtles. The underwater ballet in the ocean tank is excellent, and there are many showtimes. Experience: Convenience of booking with Klook: Excellent. When I was leaving the aquarium in the afternoon, I saw large tour groups queuing to buy tickets. I'm glad I came early and bought my ticket online.

Easy to redeem the ticket, just scan and enter. The aquarium consist of multiple levels and different sections for different sea creatures. Good to spend 2-3 hours with kids there.

Booking through Klook was very easy. Entry was quick, and the aquarium is very large and beautiful. They also have a very interesting show.

It was a nice aquarium. If you want to see the shows they have you have to go there early. I would recommend going here if you are in Yeosu.

On April 24, 2026, due to a system interface navigation issue, I mistakenly purchased tickets for "Yeosu Aqua Planet" (I originally intended to purchase tickets for Jeju Island). I immediately contacted customer service within 5 minutes of placing the order to explain that I had selected the wrong location. I am fully aware that I made a mistake in my selection, so my initial request was not for a full refund. Instead, I proactively suggested **"paying the difference to change the location."** To my surprise, Klook's customer service was extremely rigid, refusing any flexible handling based on "supplier policy." They insisted on not allowing a ticket exchange and were only willing to refund 30% in credits, which effectively means they are confiscating 70% of my cash (over 6,000 New Taiwan Dollars). This is an "unregistered and open-date" ticket, and I reported the issue within 5 minutes, so the vendor incurred no losses whatsoever. This practice of using a "no refunds or changes"霸王條款 (hegemonic clause) to exploit consumers severely violates the fair principle of the Consumer Protection Act. I have already formally filed a complaint with the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee and am asserting that the liquidated damages are excessively high under the Civil Code. In summary: I will not use this platform a second time, as it offers no room for consumer error and is quick to confiscate customers' hard-earned money.
