What to expect

Located just 10 km northeast of Danang’s city center is the natural preserve of Son Tra Peninsula. Lush, dense forests cover the area, including the 693 meter high Son Tra Mountain, colloquially known as Monkey Mountain. From above, the mountain looks like a mushroom cap, with Danang’s long stretch of white sandy beach forming the stem. Along the way, taking the scenes of dozens of fishing boat boobing in the sea and picturesque beaches around the peninsula offering secluded spots for swimming, water sports and fishing. Monkey Mountain promises breathtaking views of the city of Danang, its long, sinewy beaches and the Ba Na - Chua Mount area. Lunch is served at the top of the mountain or at Suoi Da stream where a troop of monkeys just may be waiting for leftovers!
