- IMPORTANT: Please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you, 1-2 days for major metro cities, and 3-4 days for delivery in remote locations in India. SIM cards will be carried out between 09:00-20:00 for same-day deliveries
- One day delivery in metro cities and up to 3 days for delivery to other cities and remote areas
- The SIM card will be mailed to your address in India
- Kindly indicate your complete delivery details upon check out. For hotel deliveries, the SIM card will be delivered at the reception of your hotel
- Presently we do not have SIM delivery available at the airport

- All SIM card plans have a maximum of 6GB consumable data valid within 10 days, depending on the package selected. Internet speeds will drop at 3G with unlimited data once all volume allocation has been used up
- The SIM card will be pre-activated. If you run out of data, simply top-up your card online
- The SIM card is valid only on the number of days indicated on the selected plan upon booking. If you wish to extend the validity of the SIM, please make another purchase

All of the process are great except providers want you to figure out yourself. Your team should work on providing instructions for people who are not high-tech or not frequent with eSim.

Reliable connection that is activated instantly once we received the sim card. We wera able ro continue its use even on our transit to Singapore. You just need to closely coordinate with Star Roam for them to be able to deliver the sim card just exactly when you need it.
