Reviews
We booked for 130pm on Klook and that is the ONLY SLOT that is shown on Klook. We were emailed by the operator 1 week before the time is now 1030am. My partner and i contacted Klook Australia (I think Klook Australia is a different group) and the operator, and they both replied it is 1030am. Thankfully we had an open day that day else we would even be able to attend this cruise. Terrible experience from the Klook and operator schedulers. The cruise was fine and everything else was nice for the activity, but honestly not worth the price. When we were about to disembark, we realized that they actually had a 130PM cruise as there were a group of tourist waiting to board as well. So we were actually BUMPED from the cruise 130PM like how you are BUMPED from an airline but this is without informing in the TNC And COMPENSATION.
