Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes? This activity includes a route from Sapporo City to Furano, Biei, Lake Toya, Noboribetsu, Niseko, Otaru, Shakotan , and so on. Also, provide the option that you can customize the route according to your needs.
How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets? The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for the admission tickets, this activity not included the tickets, you purchase to buy the tickets by yourself. For the included fee please refer to package details.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This service includes tolls and parking fees. Additional charges may apply for overtime, late-night service, excess mileage, empty running(for trips not involving pickup or drop-off in Sapporo), attraction admission tickets, and personal expenses.
Is this activity available for multi-day travel services? We do provide the multi-day service and it may require additional fees, such as lodging and meals for the driver.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed? The operator usually provide the driver information and car plate number 1 day 18:00 pm (local time) before the service. Operator may contact you via WeChat, LINE, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, Viber, or email.

Booking Requirements
- Can accommodate large items such as pets, ski equipment, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf gear.
- Prohibited items include controlled knives, weapons, etc.
- Charter service hours：07:00–21:00, within 10 hours
- Rules for Calculating Chartered Vehicle Service Hours：
- （1）All trips are calculated based on the departure from our Sapporo headquarters; the total duration includes both the time spent transporting passengers and the time required for the driver to travel to and from the pickup/drop-off locations.
- （2）For services within Sapporo city: The 10-hour service period begins when the driver arrives for pickup and concludes at the end of the itinerary.
- （3） For inter-regional/long-distance transfers: If the pickup or drop-off location is outside of Sapporo, the time required for the driver to travel between Sapporo and that location is included within the 10-hour service limit.
- Example: Pickup in FuranoIf the driver travels from Sapporo to Furano to pick up passengers (a journey of approximately 2 hours), the actual time available for the passengers to use the vehicle that day will be 8 hours.

Surcharge table
- Overtime Surcharge：
- 7-seater: JPY 5,000 per 60 minutes
- 10-seater: JPY 5,000 per 60 minutes
- Extra mileage：If the total mileage is exceeded, an additional charge of JPY 200 per kilometer will apply.
- Night service surchage：For the periods 05:30–07:00 AM and 21:00–23:00 PM, an additional night-time service fee of 5,000 JPY per hour applies.
