The female driver was very polite and helpful. The service was excellent; she helped with the luggage. She arrived before the scheduled time and contacted us one day before the trip to confirm the time. The car was new and clean, and the driving was safe. We were traveling with 4 adults and 1 child, with 4 large suitcases and 3 small bags. We were very impressed with the service. Plus, we got a discount from Klook, paying 14,000 yen, which is about 2,800 baht. It took about 1 hour from Ueno to Narita. It's better than taking the train and transferring, saving time and avoiding the hassle of dragging luggage around.
