Event Essentials & Booking Logistics

• What do I need to bring to the event? Just bring your mobile device with the Klook app installed and logged into your account. Please note: All bookings must be made on your own device and account. Our staff are happy to guide you, but they cannot make bookings on your behalf.
• I want to book an activity for next year. Why aren’t the dates available yet? Some activities (like Hong Kong Disneyland) release their tickets on a rolling or quarterly basis. If your preferred dates aren’t visible yet, they simply haven’t been released by the merchant. Keep an eye on the app closer to your travel dates!

Event-Exclusive Deals & Vouchers

• Why should I book at Klook Travel Fest instead of at home? You will get access to exclusive, event-only discounts that will not be available anywhere else on the Klook app.
• How do I claim the Buy 1 Get 1 deals? These deals will be flashed at specific times during the event. They are highly limited and run out quickly, so be ready to check out immediately once you claim the voucher! Watch our social media pages closer to the event for the schedule.
• Once I get an event voucher, can I just book at home later? Yes, but we strongly suggest booking immediately. Event codes are often time-locked and run out fast.

1-on-1 Booking Assistance

• What is the 1-on-1 booking assistance booth? If you need help building your travel itinerary, hunting down the best deals, or troubleshooting a booking concern, our Klook staff at these booths are here to help!
• Am I required to visit the 1-on-1 booths? Not at all! If you know what you want to book and don’t need assistance, you can skip the wait and head straight to the stage area.

Photo & Video Notice

• Attending this event hereby grants and authorizes Klook and/or its affiliates, the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all video taken of the attendees to be used in and/or for any lawful purpose.
• This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered.
• This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless the attendees otherwise revoke this authorization in writing.
• Rights are waived to inspect or approve any finished product in which the attendees' likeness appears.
• It is understood and agreed that these materials shall become the property of Klook and/or its affiliates, and will not be returned.
• Attending this event hereby holds harmless and releases Klook and/or its affiliates, from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which the attendees, their heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on the attendees' behalf or on behalf of the attendees' estate.
