• All types of vehicles are available (regular 5-seater family cars, business cars, SUVs, BBA, minibuses, medium buses, large buses). The vehicle type corresponding to the service only represents the vehicle, and a vehicle of the same class will be arranged for travel.
• Do not engage in dangerous activities during the trip. Tourists, please pay attention to your personal safety and belongings during the tour.
• We can provide services such as ticket booking and ticket purchasing. Chartered tours do not have a fixed number of tourists per vehicle, so tickets cannot be included in the price. Therefore, tourists who need tickets should contact our staff.
• Tourists who purchase a guided tour service package, if the group size is relatively large, such as 5 people or more, will need to be equipped with headphones to enter some attractions (to ensure the experience of every tourist, some scenic spots have mandatory requirements). The headphone fee is 10-15 RMB per person. Please consult the staff for details.
• The chartered car service can pick up and drop off within the urban area, but if it's too far from the itinerary's attractions, pick-up and drop-off might not be possible or may require additional fees. Please consult the staff for details.
• If the number of tourists is less than ten, some scenic spot tickets cannot be exempted for tour guides. Tourists who choose a package including a tour guide will need to bear the cost of the tour guide's ticket. For details, please consult the staff.
• Requirements for admission documents to paid attractions on the day of travel: Chinese citizens please bring your ID card on the day of travel, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan please bring your Home Return Permit or Taiwan Compatriot Permit, and foreign visitors please bring your passport.
• Bookings are not accepted for the following types of guests: pregnant women, individuals prone to motion sickness, patients with cardiovascular diseases, patients with severe allergies, patients with skin wounds or ulcers, patients with chronic pain, patients with respiratory diseases, patients with infectious skin diseases, and patients with epilepsy.
• No eating in the car, no bare feet, no loud noises, no damaging the environment, no graffiti, no climbing, no drinking alcohol in the car, no smoking in the car, and no using flash photography.
• No sleeveless tops, vests, crop tops, sheer clothing, shorts, ripped pants, leggings, mini skirts, or other clothing that exposes a large area of skin are allowed.

• Medium to large dogs, aggressive dogs, large felines, birds of prey, aggressive animals, alcohol and drugs, flammable materials, dangerous tools, weapons and explosives, dangerous chemicals, and other unlisted prohibited items from the origin and destination countries are not allowed.
