Important Reminder

• In accordance with the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Standardized Management of Large-scale Commercial Performance Activities and Promoting the Healthy and Orderly Development of the Performance Market" jointly issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Public Security on September 13, 2023, to ensure a fair and orderly ticket purchasing and viewing environment for the audience, this event strictly implements a real-name ticket purchasing and entry management system where one ticket corresponds to one valid ID. The information of the person, ID, and ticket must be consistent. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold. Please be sure to arrange your viewing according to your personal time and schedule, and purchase with caution.

Ticket Purchase Instructions and Rules

• Tickets for this performance are real-name electronic ID tickets. One ticket corresponds to one valid ID (ID card, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit, passport). There are no physical tickets, and tickets do not support transfer.
• Infants are not allowed to enter this performance. Children must purchase full-price tickets, one person per ticket. Viewers must enter with their valid ID. Minors purchasing and viewing tickets must be accompanied by a guardian, and the guardian is responsible for their safety. (Special reminder: The music festival site is crowded. Parents should properly supervise accompanying children. The sound system on site is loud, and infants under 6 years old are not allowed to enter to prevent hearing damage.)
• When purchasing tickets, please truthfully fill in your personal information. The name of the viewer and the valid ID (ID card, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit, passport) must be consistent to avoid incorrect or missing information affecting your viewing experience. When the viewer arrives at the site, the actual viewer's face, ID, and the viewer information bound to the ticket will be compared. Entry is only permitted if the information is consistent.
• Please do not use the same real-name ID information to repeatedly purchase performance tickets for the same viewing date on different platforms to avoid inconvenience. If the same viewer repeatedly purchases tickets on multiple official ticketing platforms, or if duplicate orders are generated due to unsuccessful binding of valid ID information, incorrect ID information, wrong clicks, or accidental purchases, the ticket purchaser shall bear all losses, including handling fees for refunds (see the refund rules in these instructions), inability to refund expired tickets, and inability to enter for viewing. We appreciate your understanding.
• For minors purchasing tickets, if the order is successfully generated and payment is completed, and the viewer information is marked as "Minor Audience," it is deemed that the ticket purchase behavior has been authorized by the legal guardian, and the guardian shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities, which are unrelated to the ticketing platform or the organizer. Minors applying for refunds shall follow the refund rules in Article 2 of these ticket purchase instructions.
• To protect your legitimate rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets from unofficial platforms, and do not purchase scalped tickets or tickets from irregular channels.
• Please identify official ticketing platforms. Selling or reselling "internal tickets," "staff tickets," "bringing people to watch," or claiming to be "internal staff" are all false information. This performance strictly enforces real-name entry, and any form of ticket transfer is not allowed. Friends, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
