What to expect

In Chinese culture, bamboo is endowed with the noble qualities of "integrity, resilience, and humility." Artisans skillfully combine the natural toughness of bamboo with the aesthetics of creation, showcasing gratitude to nature and sustainable care for the green environment through each pick and press.
- Traditional bamboo weaving techniques are not only practical handicrafts but also precious intangible cultural heritage, carrying rich cultural significance that is worth in-depth learning and passing on.
~ Workshop content:
- Learn basic bamboo weaving techniques, including cross weave, pentagonal weave, and hexagonal weave methods.
- Design different works, such as coasters, Shihaiho baskets, and small bamboo baskets, etc.
