Came here twice in a week, fisrt time with my husband and this time I brought my friends and decided to purchased a voucher from Klook. At first, staff is unaware about the Klook deal and what’s included in the package but they manage to check it out in a timely manner. Staffs are very polite and helpful. They are always willing to help out especially I barely speak Chinese. Food is great but for breakfast they don’t have much selection. Lunch already serve caviar. I just wish they have small area/bar only for all day hot tea and pastries like Yoma. I wonder if they would offer more treatment like traditional Moxibustion or keel Moxibustion in the future. Overall experience is good, price is reasonable. I will come back again.

I strongly request that Klook add a body scrub option for customers to purchase or add on. I paid for a body scrub out of pocket, which was my first time experiencing something like this. The therapist who assisted me was male therapist number 833 from Gansu. His technique was extremely professional and skillful, making me feel very comfortable. It felt like watching a performance—a wonderful experience I had never felt before. After the scrub, the therapist applied salt to my body and took me to the sauna.
