- Should the Northern Lights not be visible on camera during the tour, the operator will offer guests a complimentary return visit

- Arctic weather is highly variable and can be severe, with temperatures ranging from -2 to -14 degrees Celsius. Guests are advised to wear thermal, warm clothing in layers, and consider bringing crampons for ice for safety
- Stops are at accessible viewpoints, but these natural areas may have snow or ice that can hinder access. Should guests feel unsafe getting off the bus, please remain inside, but note that solar activity may be missed
- Northern Lights visibility is weather-dependent and may vary. Guests are advised to check local forecasts ahead of time to choose the best available date for their experience
- The tour may be delayed due to weather conditions, technical issues, or road conditions
