Heineken in Amsterdam really does taste different than overseas – it's not bitter and goes down smoothly. Remember to use the restroom before taking the canal cruise, as the trip lasts about 1 hour and there are only basic toilet facilities available, not on the boat itself. The latest departure time for Lovers Canal Cruises from Amsterdam Central Station is 9 PM, but other companies may have their last cruise at 6:30 PM. The tour commentary along the way can be difficult to follow, but an evening or sunset canal cruise is still a great option.

the experience was really good. walking through the old Heineken brewery. we did the tour in 15-20 mins. took couple of photos. then you get 2 free drinks. with couple of options. the boat tour was decent. you can listen to the audio in different languages. one hour canal cruise.

Highly recommend this trip, we have wonderful time at one hour cruise at Amsterdam city, know the city history, and the best part is have Heineken experience, many surprises inside the experience, bring some nuts and peanut with beer, have lots of fun , highly recommend!

This is the ticket for two activities: Heineken experience and canal cruise. The reservation in Klook is only for the Heineken experience. The canal tour time slot cannot be booked via Klook. You will need to go the the tickets and tours office in person to commission the ticket. It's recomended that you go to get the ticket early morning so that you have more available time to choose. 1) Heineken experience is good. The presentation are good for people who like beer and especially Heineken but not exciting. The only drawback is that are too many people in a group. I could not hear the explanation from the tour guide when I was in the back of the group. 2) The canal cruise. I attended the cruise tour at 8pm (in May). The time is perfect. The sunlight is just right for photoshooting. You will need to be at the pier 15 minutes before the boat leaves. Everything is good except the audio. Not much contents explained by the audio. The audio cable is short, so if you sit near the aisle, the cable will be pulled out from time to time. So, make sure you sit on the outside edge of the boat.

I thought that the museum area could not be visited for a long time, but in fact there are many experience activities, and I really designed them carefully. I can basically get three glasses of beer. If you do n’t drink, you can also visit, and you can change the drinks with the people at the bar. Non-alcoholic drinks are fine! The Chinese part of the cruise is great, but it is best to sit in the forward position, otherwise you will always look tired!

Klook buys a package, which is flat and convenient. Buy it one day in advance and use it the next day. The experience hall is fun. You can play for 2⃣️ hours It's easy to enter with QR code, so you can queue up to buy a flight.

It was unexpectedly good. It has designed with different technologies to show us the making of Heineken Beer. It also had a small beer tasting + 2 free beers (with your tokens) Plus, they have heaps of entertainments and photo booths for visitors to enjoy and play with. I will highly recommend everyone to visit Heineken Experience if you are in Amsterdam.
