Reviews
The Heidelberg Card includes admission to major attractions and an e-voucher for a one-day public transport ticket, making it very convenient to use public transportation throughout the entire VRN network.
Heidelberg is one of Germany's classic attractions, very pleasant, and well worth a visit. When you purchase the Heidelberg Card through Klook, you'll receive an e-voucher that includes a one-day public transport pass, making it very convenient to use public transportation. Please note that for Heidelberg Castle, you'll need to exchange your e-voucher for a physical ticket at the Tourist Information office first.
After making a reservation, you will receive a PDF, but to enter Heidelberg Castle, you need to exchange it for a ticket. So, stop by the tourist information center in front of Heidelberg Station. After exchanging, we recommend the route from the station by tram to the entrance of the old town → Packaging Museum → Heidelberg Castle.
easy to use and great value for money
The card is very helpful if you don't want to waste time in buying tickets. The card does not include the top furnicular ticket
Excellent place to travel!
Try to avoid collecting the pass on Sunday or public holidays, as the tourist info center will be closed.
beware that museum don’t open on Mondays - which was not mentioned anywhere
Very convenient to redeem the card, just outside the train station. Also card is able to use for bus transportation from the station to city, and tram up to the castle. However, this card cannot use for a tram up to the hill, but I don’t mind it. I would recommend to buy a card although the city itself is small and you can enjoy walking around. It is worth even use for connecting between the train station and the city
Its a very nice experience in heidelberg, in the castle and the old town.. Foods are nice.. So many shopping stores at the old town and beautiful places..
