Reviews
We used Sao Viet Bus from Hanoi Old Quarter to the Ha Giang Loop and had a very good experience. They picked us up directly from our hotel in the Old Quarter, and the Hanoi office was clean, spacious, with snacks available for passengers. The bus was clean and equipped with an onboard restroom. Food is not allowed on the bus, but there is a stop along the way where you can eat and buy drinks. The sleeping cabin is about 1.7m long, so taller passengers may find it a little tight, but it was still one of the cleanest and most comfortable sleeper buses we used during our trip in Vietnam. The best part was that they dropped us directly at our Ha Giang Loop tour operator upon arrival, making the transfer very easy. Overall, a convenient and reliable service that I would recommend.
The bus ride was great! We arranged our pick at the airport and the bus arrived a bit early than schedule. It was comfy and my son slept during the whole trip. There's blanket and free water inside the cabin too. Overall, great experience. Thank you!
