audio guide didn’t always match with where ferry was
Mersey Ferry was suspended on May 2nd. My wife and I didn't know until we arrived at the pier before the designated time. After wasting the day's itinerary, Klook didn't give any notice. This is your mistake. Why do you only refund 60% of Klook's refund, not the full amount? Now I ask Klook to refund the full amount and notify when the refund will be implemented.
