From Da Nang: My Son Sanctuary Half-Day UNESCO Site Tour with Japanese Speaking Guide

This was a truly wonderful tour! Our guide, Hien, spoke excellent Japanese and guided us smoothly from the meeting time until the end of the tour. Her explanations at the historical sites were very clear, and she even shared some comical jokes. When it started raining, she thoughtfully offered us an umbrella. After the tour, she suggested an itinerary and took us to a souvenir shop where we could buy gifts and a delicious pho restaurant. The driving was also very smooth, allowing us to travel comfortably without getting carsick. It was truly a great memory, thank you very much!

I was surprised that lunch was at Madam Lan in Da Nang. Since I was traveling alone, I couldn't finish it all, but I think there was enough food for three people. I believe the quality of the detailed explanations about the ruins depends on which guide you get.

Our guide taught us a lot about the My Son Sanctuary. Since it was a tour, it was a bit disappointing that we could only see a portion of the large site, but it made for an efficient trip.

The shuttle vehicle was a 3-row minivan. The interior was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Since the outside temperature was high, I was able to cool down during the ride. The driver drove safely, and of course, seatbelts were worn. The guide also provided attentive service and detailed explanations of the ruins. It was reassuring to hear the explanations in Japanese. This tour comes highly recommended.

The guide was enjoyable. I have no complaints about the My Son Sanctuary tour itself, but it was disappointing that lunch was cut and that the car ride was longer than advertised due to the round trip via Hoi An.

I was really impressed by how enthusiastically our guide, Sora, shared information with us. Our transfer car had a flat tire or something in the morning, which made us late, but as an apology, Sora treated everyone on the tour to lunch! It was wonderful because that lunch table allowed me to bond with the other participants, too. Sora also gave us great local tips about Da Nang. Even after the tour ended, I was able to enjoy a fulfilling time. It made for such wonderful memories. Sora, please keep up the great work!

I booked this tour through Klook, expecting lunch to be included, but there was no lunch. Instead, we stopped at a souvenir shop in town, which was not mentioned on Klook. The description was misleading. You need to urgently update your listing to state that lunch is not included, otherwise, it's deceptive. The archaeological site visit itself was explained thoroughly, and there were no issues with that part.

Our guide not only provided excellent commentary at the ruins but also shared a lot of interesting information during our journey there and back, making for a very meaningful and enjoyable time! On the way back, they dropped us off at our preferred location, which allowed us to continue our sightseeing efficiently. Thank you very much.

A Japanese-speaking guide accompanied us. Since it was a small group, we all enjoyed chatting together. Although it stated that lunch was included, when I confirmed with the guide, they said it was not. Apparently, the company registered it with that wording a long time ago and hasn't corrected it since. The guide spoke Japanese very well and explained the ruins slowly and clearly. For the outbound trip, they will pick you up at your hotel if it's within the transfer area. It was great that we could specify a drop-off location for the return trip, so we were dropped off in Hoi An and were able to sightsee there afterward.

The schedule indicated a lunch break, but no instructions were actually given. The breakdown of charges didn't include lunch, so I didn't confirm which was correct. (I didn't have much of an appetite anyway.)
