- Exchange your smartphone voucher for your boarding pass at the box office on the day of your visit; a valid ID is required to make the exchange
- Priority boarding is just on the way up (Express pass only); return by cable car works on a first come, first served basis
- Wear comfortable shoes
- Drones are strictly prohibited from being brought or used within the park
- Large items such as tripods, musical instruments, umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, bulky costumes, suitcases, or equipment over 25 x 35 x 55 cm are not allowed
- Visitors are not permitted to enter or remain shirtless, in swimwear, or barefoot
- Eating or drinking inside trams is not allowed, and outside food is only permitted if properly sealed
- Items such as skateboards, scooters, skates, wheel-equipped shoes, bicycles, or similar are prohibited
- Balloons and balls are not allowed within the park premises
- Planting, removing, or damaging any plant species is strictly prohibited
- Any form of environmental damage or destruction is not allowed
- Feeding, approaching, or hunting animals within the park is strictly forbidden
- Firearms, ammunition, pepper spray, stun guns, sharp objects, or any self-defence weapons are not permitted
- Flammable or explosive items and liquids are strictly prohibited
- Loud noises, horns, whistles, megaphones, or musical instruments are not allowed
- Any form of protest, demonstration, or public manifestation is not permitted
- Using park restrooms for bathing is strictly prohibited
- Face coverings such as helmets or masks that conceal identity are not allowed under applicable law
- Commercial activities or selling goods and services are not permitted without prior authorisation
- Any form of crime apology or promotion is strictly prohibited
- Glass containers, including bottles and cups with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, are not allowed inside the park
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

How to get there
- By bus: Take the main routes like 107, 513SP, 518, 519, and 167 all stop near Urca or UNIRIO University, followed by a short walk to Parque Bondinho
- By metro: Take the metro to Botafogo Station (Exit E – Mena Barreto), then transfer to bus 513 and walk about 260 metres to Parque Bondinho
- By ferry: From Niteroi or nearby islands, take a ferry to Praça XV, then continue by walking, VLT, and bus 107 before walking 180 metres to the park
- By bicycle: There are no bike racks at the park, but you can park near the newsstand opposite Arabe da Urca or use the Itau bike station along Av. Pasteur
