• Free pick-up and drop-off is limited to the old city area of the European side. (Including areas such as Sultanahmet, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, Eminönü)
• Other areas (such as Taksim, Beşiktaş, Levent, Asian side, etc.) do not include free pick-up and drop-off. You need to go to the meeting point yourself: Yeni Cami Main Entrance, or contact us to negotiate other pick-up points within the area.
• Pickup time may be slightly adjusted due to traffic conditions, please keep your communication open.
• Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to change the pickup location.
• Pickup time is around 08:00 AM on the day of the trip (specific time will be notified the day before), and you will be dropped off back at the original hotel around 19:00 after the trip.

What to wear

• Spring and Autumn (March-May, September-November): T-shirts or long-sleeved shirts during the day, but it's cool in the morning and evening, so you must bring a windbreaker or a light jacket.
• Summer (June-August): Pure cotton and linen clothing is the most comfortable; sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen are essential.
• Winter (December-February): Humid and cold, requiring a warm, windproof heavy coat + scarf and gloves. It's best to wear waterproof shoes to cope with rain and snow.
