How to use
Redemption information
- 2-9 people group tour, minimum group size is 2 people. If there is only 1 person, the group will not be formed. If the group is not formed, you will be notified 48 hours before departure. If the final group size is 2 people, each person needs to pay an additional 60 New Zealand dollars for a private group.
- Hotel pickup and drop-off service within 3 km of Queenstown city center (centered around Novotel).
- Please consult customer service regarding pick-up and drop-off services (fees apply) outside of the 3 km radius from Queenstown center;
