Reviews
This was a great first group tour for me and a neat experience overall. Marta the tour leader was lovely, gave clear instructions and looked out for everyone of different languages. Would recommend this tour to first time travellers to Italy.
Pleasant journey to Cinque Terre, the tour guide was friendly and helpful. The coach was punctual and the driver gave us a safe ride. We would recommend this tour for a day trip to Cinque Terre. For coach only package, remember to buy the Cinque Terre train pass online in advance to save time!
Very fun and enjoyable trip to Cinque Terre! We had a funny tour guide who is good in making jokes to make us laugh and a considerable amount of free time for us to walk around and have lunch. Highly recommended!
Cinque Terre is a beautiful place you must go! The tour included visiting three different areas and the guide was professionally explained the history of the place to us and showed us the most beautiful place to take photos!! I highly recommend this tour 👍
Booked the coach only package and it’s great to travel via bus to Cinque Terre! Once you reach to Levanto, you can simply purchase a all region ticket to travel freely to all towns at your own pace. Might be a bit rushed to go back at the meeting time but it’s worth it!
Cheapest option we found to travel to Cinque Terre. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We also ended up being late returning to the meetup point due to train delays and the guide kindly waited for us to return.
Alexia was a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. We got the bus only and simply followed Alexia and the rest of the group. Took us to three cities (1st Manarola, 2nd Vernazza, and 3rd Monterosso) in the cinque terre region and always made sure we were taken care of, from the beginning when we first boarded the bus back to drop off back on Florence. Have us plenty of time to explore all three cities. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much!
I participated in the transportation plan, and there was a coffee bar at the meeting point, where I could buy breakfast! The bus arrived at Levanto at 9:15. The tour guide told us that the meeting time is 15:45 and you can start to move around freely. Buy a one-day ticket at the station ticket gate and it will come with a timetable. You can stay in the big town for 1-1.5 hours, which is great for hiking and shopping. . I suggest you go all the way back to the furthest town, R. The fried seafood in this town is 8 yuan!
from Florence we took a mini bus to the train station le spezia. the bus ride is ABT 2 hrs...we go three villages...but we not able to take the boat ride ..the waves is to strong...but anyway can just relax and have the gelato...which is extremely delicious....didn't walk up...just stroll along..and enjoy the breeze scenery
Cinque Terra offers amazing scenery & interesting townhouses. But the lunch was rather disappointing as the restaurant did not have any nice view nor food is insufficient for the long walk day. Other than that , overall trip was still fruitful. Recommended to join the without lunch package instead.
Good to know
