This itinerary will arrange visits to the best cherry blossom viewing spots based on the optimal route for the day. Even if it’s not during the peak bloom, you can still enjoy the spring street scenes of Tokyo and the various popular attractions, experiencing the unique atmosphere of spring.

【Pre-Trip Information】

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you fail to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as tardiness/getting lost/feeling unwell), you will not be refunded. Please note that there will be no refunds.
• This itinerary is a fixed-route group tour. The entire journey requires sharing with other passengers, and parking is not allowed at will outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver acting as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary rhythm, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. We regret to inform you that no refunds or compensation will be provided for delays or partial changes. Passengers who need to take a flight on the same day should register with caution or allow sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra luggage, you can pay 2000 JPY/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: No later than one day before departure, please request and sign a disclaimer from the staff’s email jingyu12333@163.com, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.

• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept requests for refunds or compensation due to delays or partial itinerary changes. Thank you for your understanding and for understanding the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• In order to maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any damage is caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• After the itinerary starts, leaving the group on your own/leaving the team midway will be regarded as automatic abandonment of the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for safety during the period of separation from the group.)
