[Pre-Trip Notice]

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the trip due to personal reasons (late arrival/getting lost/physical discomfort, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed route group tour, and you will need to share a ride with other passengers throughout the journey. No parking is allowed outside of the scenic spots.
• Depending on the number of people in the group on the day, a small car model with a driver serving as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary rhythm, and the driver will focus on driving with relatively brief explanations).
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For extra luggage, you can pay 2000 Japanese yen/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a disclaimer agreement from the staff email jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.
• Due to climate change, the time when maple leaves turn red may be advanced or delayed. Once the group is formed, refunds or complaints about the itinerary cannot be made on the grounds that the maple leaves are not red. Please be aware of this.

[Notice During the Trip]

• The time spent at each scenic spot has been optimally designed, so please strictly abide by the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In the event of delays or partial itinerary changes, we regret that we cannot accept requests for refunds or compensation. Please understand the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be prepared for this and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please jointly create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the start of the trip, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for safety during the period you are not with the group)--
