What's included
Live tour guide: English, Chinese
Transport: Bus
Admission: Asahiyama Zoo | Japan's most popular polar zoo 🐧❄️ Located at Japan's northernmost tip, it pioneered the "action exhibition" concept – watching seals swim overhead through an underwater tunnel and polar bears leap into the water. Winter-exclusive penguin walks are adorable and delight everyone. It's a 30-minute drive from Asahikawa Airport and a must-visit in Hokkaido! Friendly reminder: Asahiyama Zoo closed dates: April 8 to April 28, 2026; November 4 to November 10; December 30 to 31., The "Ken & Mary Tree" stands quietly in Biei Town, Hokkaido. Its name comes from the fact that it was featured in a car commercial called Skyline, and it is still cherished by residents as a representative tree of the town. (Car view), Shirahige Waterfall is an excellent summer retreat in Biei Town, Hokkaido. Clear spring water cascades down basalt cliffs, forming a delicate curtain of water. Surrounded by lush greenery, the mist brings a refreshing coolness. Standing on the observation deck, one can not only feel the grandeur of the waterfall but also enjoy the cool embrace of nature., Shirogane Blue Pond is one of the most representative natural wonders in Biei Town, Hokkaido. Its waters display an incredible cobalt blue, like a sapphire embedded in the forest. This unique color comes from the reflection of sunlight off aluminum particles in the water. The lake's color is especially vibrant during the sunny summer months, complemented by the water., The log cabin terrace in the birch forest, named after "Forest Elves," is surrounded by winter snow and is a popular photo spot in Hokkaido. If the Forest Elves Terrace is closed, the visit will be adjusted to Takushinkan. The itinerary may be adjusted based on the number of people or weather conditions on the day, and only some attractions will be visited., 📷Takushinkan | A Poetic Ode to Light and Shadow Deep in the Biei Hills. The permanent exhibition of works by photography master Shinzo Maeda captures the soul of Hokkaido's four seasons through his lens—spring cherry blossoms, summer wheat, autumn foliage, and winter snow. Amidst the vast hills of Biei, through each piece, one can see a different northern land.
