There were many things I didn't understand, and customer service was very patient and helpful. Since I couldn't download the app in Vietnam, I couldn't communicate with the other party, but customer service assisted me, which was excellent.

Just a heads up on processing times: the booking page estimated 5–6 business days, but our approval took 10+ days. We were really nervous about our travel plans, but thankfully it came through. If you’re planning a trip, definitely apply at least 3 to 4 weeks before your flight to be safe!

Please save your money go somewhere else. there are many other visa places on Klook you can choose from Do Not Use this one. Extremely rude and unprofessional response. when I finally got in contact With the support group number on WhatsApp, he told me it wasn’t his problem. and then, even though I paid early on time and they sent the email to the wrong place, it’s still my fault! didn’t try to work with me. Didn’t try to help me nothing just told me I could pay them more money to get it done faster! i give this place two thumbs down

I paid extra for a 8 hour processing time. The deadline is 1.5 hour ago but I am yet to receive any update from Klook. I understand the timing of the visa issuance is outside of klook’s control but they should at least have the courtesy to provide me an update at the deadline. People pay extra for a reason. This service quality is very disappointing.
