The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or bullet trains, and to bring light snacks and portable chargers. - Please ensure that the communication app you provided remains accessible during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and tour guide information for the next day's trip to your email before 8:00 PM the day before departure. Please check your inbox (and possibly your spam folder). - If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent 1 day before departure.
- In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 6:00 PM), and you will be notified by email as soon as possible afterward.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
