Service was excellent from start to finish. Just be aware that all games and experience need to be paid for. unfortunately it was much more expensive through Klook than it would have been if we went in person so I was quite disappointed by this. Will go again but not through Klook.
The fruit buffet was pretty amazing with a good selection of good quality fruits. the spa was closed for men when we visited and that was disappointing. otherwise, an overall relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
You can think of it, it has it all... It's incredible to have all this entertainment in one place. There's nothing like it in Taiwan... truly unbelievable. Facilities include: a bar, cinema, relaxation room, hot springs, sauna, PS5 gaming room, chill-out private booths, capsule hotel, restaurant... and so much more. Plus, with a minimum spend, you get free-flow drinks, ice cream, fruit, and more.
I was amazed! There are so many options.
Absolutely love it! I'll definitely go again next time I'm in Shanghai.
