For Sea/Lake Tours
- Swimming skill is not required to participate as the operator provides high-standard safety equipment and experienced instructors to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience

Other Reminders
- Please note this tour operates at a different location than the operator’s main office in Orlando. The tour is located outside of Orlando at Kiwanis Island Park in Merritt Island
- Please note that early tour times offer sunset viewing followed by a bioluminescence experience, while later tour times offer a bioluminescence experience under the night sky with stargazing
- Lateness policy: Out of respect for all guests, tours start on time. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to account for traffic. If driving during rush hour, allow extra time for the journey. Tours cannot be delayed, and refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals
- For the clear single kayak, the weight limit is 147 kg
- For the clear 2-person kayak, each participant must weigh under 90 kg (Max 180 kg per kayak)
- Participants will spend at least 1.5 hours on the water
- Tours may be delayed up to 1 hour to allow weather to pass
- Please note there is no public transportation nearby
