Event Summary

• Ticket Collection: Please pick up your ticket on-site at the ticket booth, following the guidance of signs and event staff.
• Booth Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Entry Starts: 3:00 PM
• Mandatory Requirement: Original passport is required for identity verification and ticket collection.
• Age Limit: 7 years old and above (Children under 7 are not permitted).
• Ticket Rule: One ticket per person is required for entry.

Detailed Instructions

• Please pick up your ticket on-site at the ticket booth from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, following the guidance of signs posted outside the venue and the event staff.
• Event Information Changes: The show time or artist lineup may be subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizer or the performing artists.
• Seat Assignment: All seating will be assigned on-site on the day of the event on a first-come, first-served random basis.
• Food and Beverage Restriction: All food and drinks, with the exception of plain bottled water, are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
• Lost Tickets and Re-issuance: Re-issuance is not possible if your received ticket is damaged, lost, or stolen. Please take careful measures to secure your ticket.
• Identity Verification: All participants must bring their original passport for smooth ticket collection. Tickets will be distributed only after identity verification.
• The ticket is a card-type format with an embedded electronic chip, and each person must possess one ticket for entry (1 ticket per person).
• Mandatory Items for Ticket Exchange: Original Passport (or Alien Registration Card) and Booking Voucher (Reservation Number or QR code).
• Tickets will be received only after identity verification. If the attendee is not the foreign purchaser themselves during the admission check, entry will be denied, and no refund will be provided.
• The host/organizer is not responsible for any issues or damages resulting from delayed entry due to late ticket collection. Please arrive at the venue with ample time before the admission start time to collect your ticket.
• Security personnel will inspect all belongings before entry.
