- Driver's contact number will be sent to your email address one night before your flight date. Please check your email or junk mail box. After landing, please call the driver right away

Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Child seat:
- AUD 15 per seat
- Extra luggage:
- AUD10-50 per luggage
- Meet and greet service is available at an additional cost of AUD20 per vehicle
- Midnight surcharge applies if your arrival and departure transfers fall between 23:00-06:30
- For arrivals, your driver will be at the airport 15 minutes after your actual landing time and will wait for you for a maximum of 1 hour. Extra waiting time will cost an additional of AUD1 per 1 minute
- A long distance surcharge of AUD1.5 per kilometer will be applied to accommodations outside Perth CBD
- Please indicate any special arrangements needed upon check out

Honestly would rate it 3 stars for false marketing. The description promised an "English-Speaking Driver" multiple times but the driver that was assigned to us could not speak English though. Thankfully, I could understand some Chinese / Mandarin and for words that I don't understand, he used Google translator on his phone to communicate with us. But rated it four stars due to the good service from the driver. Very convenient and fast trip from the airport to our Airbnb. My husband also accidentally left his wallet in the car and the driver took the liberty to send his wallet back to us, with everything still intact. Would recommend this service for anyone that isn't renting a car in Perth, because the Uber / Airport Taxi would cost more + you have to queue. But would recommend Klook to edit your description as well to remove the promise of an English Speaking driver. The driver was polite and professional! He shared insights about how to get around Perth! Weather was cold while waiting for driver at side of road.
The driver is on time. He helped us to get into the airbnb.
We arrived on time and arrived safely at the airport and returned home. I could have arrived safely by any other traffic, but I was relieved that I had a reservation in advance because my English was short.
Driver was on time and really efficient. Had to take the initiative to contact Klook for the driver’s contact that. Would be better if we didn’t have to chase.
