Artist & Schedule Changes

• Show times and the performing artists are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizer or the artists.
• Please understand that performing artists may change due to various circumstances. Cancellations or refunds due to changes in the lineup are strictly not permitted.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Once your reservation is confirmed, cancellation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please be aware that refunds are not possible.

Seating Policy

• Seating will be determined on the day of the event. Advance designation of seating areas or seat numbers is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Venue Rules

• Bringing food into the concert venue is prohibited (water bottles are permitted).
• Photography using telephoto lenses and video recording inside the venue are strictly prohibited. Bag checks may be conducted before entry into the event area.

Tickets

• Neither Klook nor the organizer shall be held responsible for the loss or theft of tickets after they have been collected (tickets cannot be reissued)
• This is a foreigners-only ticket (Korean nationals are not permitted to make bookings.)
• Please ensure that all participants bring their original passport or Alien Registration Card on the day of the event.

Minor Reservation Policy

• If a minor makes a reservation, it is assumed that the reservation was made with the permission of their parents.

Shuttle Bus Service

• A round-trip shuttle bus will operate between Myeongdong Station OR Hapjeong Station and the venue.
• The shuttle bus departing from the venue back to Seoul may be a different vehicle than the one you took to the venue. Please ensure you take all of your personal belongings when you alight.
