【Pre-Trip Notice】

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (being late/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that there is no refund.
• This itinerary is a fixed group tour route. You will need to share a ride with other passengers throughout the journey, and you cannot stop at will outside of the scenic spots.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model may be used with the driver acting as a guide. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the process (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary rhythm, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. If there are delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to take a flight on the day should sign up with caution or reserve sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For extra luggage, you can pay JPY 2,000/piece to the driver on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: No later than one day before departure, please ask the staff for a disclaimer agreement at jingyu12333@163.com and sign it, then send it back to us to ensure travel safety.
• Due to climate change, the time when maple leaves turn red may be advanced or delayed. Once the group is formed, refunds or complaints about the itinerary will not be accepted on the grounds that the maple leaves are not red. Please be aware of this.
• Regarding the flowering period, the flowering conditions may be advanced or delayed due to the climate and other conditions of the year. In this case, the itinerary fee will not be refunded.

【Notice During the Trip】

• The stay time at each scenic spot has been optimally designed. Please strictly abide by the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. If there are delays or partial itinerary changes, we will not be able to accept requests for refunds or compensation. Please forgive us and understand the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any stains are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as automatic abandonment of the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the departure period)
