What to expect
Itinerary Reference Time (subject to the actual arrangements of the driver/guide on the day)
Depart from Perth at 8 AM, heading to York, Western Australia's first inland town, which retains the charm of its cultural heritage as the first inland settlement. Upon arrival in the Wave Rock region, first admire Hippo's Yawn. Here, we can climb through the "throat" of this hippo, capturing interesting photos.
Enjoy a Western-style light lunch at the Wave Rock Wildflower Cafe at noon.
In the afternoon, admire Wave Rock, one of the world's eighth natural wonders. Wave Rock was formed approximately 2.5 billion years ago. Through the forces of nature, its surface was carved into a concave shape. Coupled with the erosion from accumulated wind and rain over time, and the drastic temperature differences between day and night, it gradually eroded into the shape of a wave.
Expected return to Perth before 7:00 PM.

Reviews
its a beautiful day and i had a wonderful time there, even it was a loooong ride from Perth but its worthed. first stop was York town, beautiful small town, then we visited Hippo Yawn rock and the best for the last was Wave Rock. it was a great trip!!! the Tour guide main language is Chinese but he is also try his best explain in English, we much appreciate that and the tour arrangement also very good and on time.
Departing at 8:10 AM on February 27th and returning to Perth at 7:30 PM, the drive was long but offered scenic views along the way. We stopped at about four rest stops, allowing us to see different community landscapes. The most impressive part was our guide, Amy, who single-handedly led 18 tourists as both tour guide and driver. Through her explanations, we learned about some Australian customs. The entire activity and meals were simple, and we could spend about 30-40 minutes at each attraction. Overall, it was comfortable and very convenient for tourists who don't drive.
it’s worth to visit in Perth. The distance is a bit long, but should go there once in life.
