Snow Town One-Day Tour

The tour is very good and comprehensive, worthwhile for anyone wanting to do a day trip. I don't speak Chinese and the guide didn't speak English, but they guided us by sending messages via WeChat and we used a translator in some situations. Everything went well.

Hello. I'm Antoni from Indonesia. This tour is a great option if you only have a short time in Harbin, and a visit to Yabuli is a must. A day tour of Snow Town is perfect, allowing you to explore various fun attractions and even visit Snow Town Village, a truly memorable experience. On this trip, we had a very funny, friendly, and cheerful guide, Xiao Lou. His service to us foreign tourists was excellent. We also requested halal food and were treated very well. So, this trip was a great, effective, and enjoyable one.

I was assigned a tour guide / driver name Lou. He arrived and pick me up from the train station on time. He brief me on today itineraries and the expected time for each activities. He emphasized on safety when doing the outdoor activities. He is a careful driver. I enjoyed the tour very much. I enjoyed the outdoor activities recommended like riding the ATV and snow mobiles. Thanks you so much. I would highly recommend this to those who looking for something special.

The tour was actualkt great. It was just my language barrier makes me hard to find the details. Details and highlight was sent thru message, then I couldn't really enjoy the time, because I was afraid of left behind and my tour guide rush me to gather early because don't want me late. Apparently I was the one that meet up first and wait the others. The scenic area itself really nice. Later on when I plan to visit, I will plan to stay overnight rather than one day tour.

very good tour to try .. the schedule its very busy .. the tour guide doesn't speak English but he will help you with translation. they give a lot of free time but its kinda confusing if you dont speak chinese like me😹🤣 but anyway the tour guide will always help you and other chinese people in the tour will also help you .. they also give free lunch .. dont be worry to book this trip its recommended 👍👍👌

Overall, the service was quite good and the driver was attentive. However, I have to deduct one star because the driver smoked inside the vehicle, which was uncomfortable. Another important point that was not clearly mentioned in the tour description is that anyone who wants to ski must pay an additional 388 RMB to rent ski clothing. I personally find this very expensive, as in reality we could use our own winter clothes. What surprised me the most was that the driver insisted on stopping at the ski rental shop, which made me feel uncomfortable. The itinerary was also very tight. Combining two activities in one day, along with long travel time, made it difficult to fully enjoy the Snow Village experience.

A very pleasant experience. I am very satisfied with this tour. Plus, the tour guide Xiao Lu was very helpful to me during the trip.

The most magical experience by far! Guide was very helpful. People say you can’t do Yabuki skiing and and Snow Town in a day, but they made this possible.
