When picking up the tickets, staff will arrange the nearest time slot for admission. You can enter at the specified time and wait. I was looking forward to seeing the Christmas market on this trip to Korea, so I arrived a little before the opening time (10:30). There were dozens of people lined up, but I was able to smoothly go up to the 5th floor by elevator 🛗, present my voucher, and complete the check-in. I was able to make a reservation for 11:30. While waiting, I had a meaningful time eating and drinking inside the London Bagel Museum on the 1st floor.

Extremely convenient, just bring your passport to the 6th floor service center to pick it up. Each ticket allows entry for two people.👏🏻 Hyundai Department Store's annual Christmas market is always very atmospheric, worth looking forward to and visiting every year! Redeem your voucher for a ticket at the 6th-floor service center. On weekdays, expect an approximately 30-minute wait to enter (5th floor). The Christmas market isn't large, but the decorations and layout are well done. Because of the crowds, taking photos requires waiting in line. If you have plenty of time, it's worth a visit.

After exchanging the tickets, you can enter within half an hour. The venue has a great Christmas atmosphere with many exquisite decorations. There are also staff to help take photos, which is very nice.

Second time here, luckily there's an online number drawing system for foreigners that lets you specify a time to enter early, really worth recommending, the scenery is great for taking pictures.

Christmas markets aren't just for taking pictures; there are so many moving animal displays that are really cute and photogenic! But if the people in front of you take too long, you'll have to wait a long time. We waited almost an hour at one spot 😓

Go to the service counter on the 6th floor and show your voucher to receive a ticket that allows entry in 30 minutes. It was my first time visiting. There were many cute animals and the sparkling tree was wonderful. The staff took lots of pictures for me.
