During peak tourist seasons, the sending time of the email may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please use the last one as the final version.
• The Nunobiki Ropeway is closed for maintenance. In case of inclement weather, consider visiting the Kobe Kitano Ijinkan district instead.
• When Mount Maya is inaccessible due to winter or road conditions, consider viewing the night scenery from Mount Rokko instead.
• The ATOA Art Aquarium will be closed from Tuesday, June 30, 2026, to Thursday, July 2, 2026. During this time, we will be visiting the Meriken Park & BE KOBE cultural landmark, and the Kobe Harborland Mosaic Ferris Wheel.
• This itinerary is a fixed route for international group tours. Travelers will share a vehicle with other passengers. Please understand that temporary stops cannot be made in non-scenic areas during the trip.
• Please be sure to gather at the designated location on time. If you are unable to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons such as being late, getting lost, or feeling unwell, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture of the trip, and related fees will not be refunded.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car service with a driver also acting as a guide may be arranged. In the small car mode, the itinerary will be more flexible, but the driver will primarily focus on safe driving, and the commentary along the way will be relatively brief. Please be aware of this.
• This tour is an international group tour, with passengers from diverse backgrounds on the vehicle. The guide will provide services and communication in Mandarin/English bilingual or simple multilingual formats. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, weather changes, or other force majeure factors. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays or partial changes. If you need to catch a flight or have other arrangements on the same day, please be sure to allow ample time.
• Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage free of charge. For any excess luggage, a fee of 2,000 JPY per piece must be paid to the driver/guide on-site. Please be sure to note the number of luggage pieces when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the guide reserves the right to refuse boarding based on vehicle space availability, and related fees will not be refunded.
• Seniors over 70 or pregnant women who register for a trip must contact staff no later than one day before departure to request and sign a waiver, and return it to us, to ensure travel safety.
• The duration of stay at each attraction has been planned according to the overall itinerary. Please adhere to the meeting times to avoid affecting the overall schedule.
• Itinerary times may be adjusted due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic, weather, or crowd flow. In the event of delays or partial changes, refunds or compensation cannot be claimed on this basis. We appreciate your understanding.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays or peak tourist seasons, and the tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary sequence according to the actual situation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the carriage, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If any damage or soiling occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• If you leave the group or depart midway after the itinerary begins, it will be considered an automatic waiver of subsequent services, and related fees will not be refunded. During this period, the traveler must bear full responsibility for their personal and property safety.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
