- Booking Restrictions: Our company does not accept the following individuals on tour groups:
- Pregnant women: To ensure the safety of mother and child due to potentially bumpy roads, altitude sickness, or limited emergency rescue conditions during the trip, pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy are not permitted to join the tour.
- Infants under three years old: Infants without independent mobility are not accepted on the tour. Children aged 3-18 must be accompanied by a guardian throughout the trip.
- Elderly Tourists: 70-74 years old: In addition to a health certificate, they must be accompanied by a direct relative under 60 years old for the entire trip. 75 years old and above: Due to insurance coverage limitations and high-risk emergency plan requirements, we regret that we cannot accommodate you.
- Important Notes, Please Read Carefully I. Vehicle Qualification: Our company strictly selects commercial vehicles with legal operating qualifications. All vehicles have passed annual inspections and regular safety checks. Requests for specific vehicle types are not accepted. According to Xinjiang transportation regulations, commercial vehicles cannot travel more than 600 kilometers per day. If the 600-kilometer limit is exceeded, the driver will face a huge fine of 20,000-100,000 yuan/revocation of their business license. Therefore, for daily travel activities outside the itinerary, we recommend that you arrange your own taxis, ride-hailing services, or other transportation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. II. About Travel Companions: This itinerary is a national group tour of 2-6 people (minimum of 2 people/maximum of 6 people). Due to the random nature of group formation, we cannot pre-screen the age, gender, region, or other information of travel companions. Special Note: Tourists with special requirements for social environments are advised to choose a customized chartered car service. III. About Single Room Supplement and Accommodation Arrangements: Voluntary Room Sharing Principle: Single men/single women who sign up and accept room sharing arrangements can be exempted from the single room supplement. Room sharing partners are only guaranteed to be of the same gender and do not promise specific information such as age, occupation, or region. For example, a single male tourist may share a room with male tourists or drivers of different ages. Explanation of Single Occupancy Fees: If you insist on single occupancy, you need to pay the full room rate difference (the specific amount is subject to the itinerary quotation). Accommodation Rules for Multiple Travelers: If multiple travelers (such as families/groups) have an odd number of people, the travel agency will match genders based on the room sharing resources available on the day. For example, when a family of three travels, if only a single male tourist is matched on the day, the male member of the family needs to share a room with him. Those who mind this should pay the single room supplement. IV. About Accommodation: Since Xinjiang is still an underdeveloped area, hotels are very different from those in mainland China, especially in scenic spots. We can only guarantee cleanliness and hygiene. Even so, rooms are still in high demand during peak season. Most hotels do not have triple rooms. This product does not accept children sharing rooms alone, nor does it accept adult tourists with children sharing rooms; if you travel alone with children, you must pay the single room supplement before departure or register the child as an adult, and the corresponding ticket discount difference will be refunded locally. V. About Seat Rotation: Carpooling is not a chartered car. To ensure fairness of the itinerary, seats must be rotated every day! VI. Driver/Guide Service: Drivers have limited education and cannot provide professional explanations. For safety reasons, they may not be able to interact with everyone while focusing on driving. Please understand this and prepare your travel guides in advance. VII. About Price: This route is a national group tour, and prices vary from place to place.
