Good to know

  1. Departure from Group: If you choose to leave the group during the trip, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and only the expenses not incurred during the trip will be refunded. The transportation fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  2. Luggage Size: Each person is limited to 1 suitcase of 28-30 inches + one backpack (due to limited trunk space).
  3. Preferential Policies: Active duty military personnel, retired military personnel, police officers, Xinjiang aid cadres, disabled individuals, university students, children under 1.2 meters in height, and other preferential certificates, please inform the sales representative or housekeeper when registering and bring relevant certificates when traveling (special discount tickets cannot be purchased if you do not bring them);
  4. Other Instructions: During the trip, if scenic spots are closed due to force majeure factors and cannot be visited normally, both parties will negotiate to cancel or replace the scenic spot according to the actual situation, and the cost difference will be refunded or supplemented on site;
  5. Pre-trip Reminder: You will receive a departure notice call or WeChat message from the travel agency housekeeper or driver before 22:00 the day before departure. Please pay attention and keep your phone open. If you do not receive any notification after 22:00, please contact the registration sales in time;
  6. The reference hotels listed in this contract may not be available due to seasonal factors, room status restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances. If it is necessary to change the hotel, the travel agency will confirm with the tourists before the trip. The specific hotel to stay in is subject to the final confirmation. The travel agency promises that the environment and comprehensive evaluation of the replaced hotel will not be lower than the reference hotel standards agreed in the contract. However, for hotels outside the reference list, the travel agency is not responsible for breach of contract caused by non-fault of its own.
  7. "If you want to choose horse riding as a self-funded project during the trip, please choose a qualified horse team in the scenic area, but the travel agency does not recommend tourists who cannot ride horses to choose this project. Horse riding has certain risks. Please be responsible for your own safety when riding. If there is any danger, the travel agency will not be responsible."
  8. Be sure to provide accurate and complete identity information and contact information when booking, so as not to affect the travel due to booking errors (many scenic spots require swiping ID cards to enter, and if you provide incorrect information, it will cause difficulty in entering); if the tourist's personal information is inaccurate and ultimately causes irreparable consequences, the travel agency will not be liable for any responsibility.
  9. There will be no refund for complimentary items in the itinerary if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as transportation and weather, or if tourists do not participate for personal reasons.
  10. If a tourist chooses to leave the group midway during the trip, the unfinished portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver by the tourist, and only the expenses not incurred in the package will be refunded. The transportation fee cannot be refunded.
  11. The diet in Xinjiang is heavy, with a slightly heavier salty and spicy taste, and the portions are large. It is recommended to order small amounts and multiple times when ordering.
  12. Meal Times: Since Xinjiang has a time difference of about 2 hours from the mainland (but still uses Beijing time), breakfast is usually around 8:30, lunch is 14:00-15:00, and dinner is around 20:00; tourism consumes physical strength, please prepare snacks in advance.
