This activity is only available in English and Japanese. Please note.
Adults over the age of 18 must ride a motorcycle alone. Please select the 1 person 1 vehicle option when ordering. We do not accept 2 adults over the age of 18 sharing a ride.
Since women are physically weaker, it is not recommended for 2 women to drive the same vehicle.
If participants wish to ride a snowmobile in pairs, only males over the age of 20 are allowed to drive. Combinations of 2 women or 1 woman + 1 child cannot drive a snowmobile alone.
Travelers aged 2-17 cannot ride a motorcycle alone and must ride with a male over the age of 20. When ordering, please select the 2 person 1 vehicle option and fill in the age of the minor traveler in the remarks column.
After arriving at the facility, depending on the reservation situation on the day, you may have to wait about 1 hour before the experience. During this time, you can take pictures of the snow scene or play in the snow park (may be subject to additional fees).
The free return shuttle bus will depart after all guests' itineraries are over.
Depending on the course, you may have to wait about 1 hour or longer (you can return by taxi, JR, or bus).
Adult snow boots and children's equipment (snow coats, gloves) are not rented out.
If there is a blizzard on the day of travel, the park may be temporarily closed.
Please do not eat, drink, or make loud noises on the bus. Please do not bring large luggage on the bus.
People with heart disease, epilepsy, or asthma, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, and those with behavioral problems or mental/psychological disorders cannot participate in this activity.
If you have had a hernia, lumbar or spinal surgery, or if the vibration may aggravate your condition, you are prohibited from participating in this itinerary. Those with sequelae of injuries, fractures, or dislocations in the fingers, arms, legs, and other limbs are also not allowed to participate.
